We’re going to make vegan mushroom rolls to have as a canapé, followed by a vegan nut roast and a whole roasted cauliflower, and finished with vegan chocolate brownies and a dairy-free vanilla ice cream.
Vegan Mushroom Rolls

Jamie says: “Sausage rolls are a well-known Christmas classic, but these mushroom-filled versions will definitely hold their own amongst the established big hitters. Serve them up with a nice selection of condiments and you’ll be on to a winner.”

Whole Roasted Cauliflower

You can turn an everyday vegetable into a showstopper. Jamie says: “It’s not difficult to transform a humble vegetable into something sensational if you show it a bit of love. Roasting cauliflower whole in spices, booze, and tomatoes injects a whole load of flavour, and gives you an array of wonderful textures.”

Round off the meal with some indulgent brownies. Jamie says: “Gooey, nutty and seriously chocolaty, these vegan brownies are a total joy to eat. Chocolate over 70% is usually dairy-free, so it’s great for making vegan brownies dark, decadent, and delicious.”
